This current time is a great opportunity to spend more time gardening and growing more of your own food. Gardening can be fun, but it can also be frustrating if you don’t know what you are doing or if you don’t have a plan. Today I’m sharing a free printable Garden Planner to help you write down and keep track of your garden for this year.
If you research flowers and/or vegetables and find that you write yourself notes and have trouble keeping it all in one place, then print off the pages in this free 4-Page Garden Planner. I hope it helps you stay organized.
I don’t share tips and tricks as while we have had vegetable gardens over the years, I am definitely still learning! You don’t want my gardening tips. ;) Just my garden plan grid paper.
I find that I need to plan my garden out on some grid paper and I enjoyed putting together this grid paper printable. Grid paper makes garden design and planning much easier.
Taking a bit of time to write down your plan will help your garden start off the best it can.
This free printable garden planner includes:
- Garden Plan – grid paper for your garden design
- Plant List – to track where to buy your plants and when to plant
- Calendar Page – to keep track of your planting schedule
- Notes Page – this will help as you plan your garden, but also will help keep track of notes that will be helpful for gardening in future years.
Below is a picture of the Plant List Page. List your plants, decide where to buy (Seeds Now is a great option online or try Amazon), and write down the dates for your planting schedule.
Print off multiple pages of the Notes Page. You can add your notes as you plan this year, but don’t forget to write notes throughout the planting season and throughout the rest of the summer. Your notes from this year may help you out in future years.
