There are countless baby shower games for before the baby is born. Many of the standard games are geared for a pre-baby shower, but it can be harder to find a game appropriate for after the baby arrives.
Guess the Price (similar to the popular game show: The Price is Right) is the perfect game to play at a baby shower after the baby has arrived.
I have played it at two different showers and it was a crowd-pleaser both times. One of the showers was also an extended family shower and the men even enjoyed playing Guess the Price. That is probably not the case with many of the other baby shower games. :)
This fun game tests the pricing skills of the guests and is easy to play. I am including a free printable for you to use when you play the game!

Here are the steps to play:
- Purchase the products on the list (consider using your Green Dot card) and add up the prices of the items.
- Set the baby products out during the shower.
- Have the guests guess the retail price of each baby item. Each guest should record their guesses on the printable.
- Tell the guests to total the costs on the bottom of the printable card. (Have a calculator available.)
- The guest with the closest total wins!
You could play the game without the baby products available, but I find it much easier to have the items purchased so they have a visual as they try to price the items.
The items then make the perfect gift for the mom and baby!
TIP: If the total cost of the items is more than you want to spend, include a hybrid of products you are gifting to the mom and products you have on hand in your home. At the last shower I hosted, half of the products were given to the mom as her shower gift and half of the products were baby items I was using for my son.
Print the Guess the Price printable PDF here. There are two game sheets on each 8.5 x 11 sheet. I recommend printing on card stock. (Boy version will be coming in the future!)

I recently used this printable for a shower I hosted. When planning a shower as a mom of three children, I wanted to be efficient in my planning and keep the errands to the minimum. I took advantage of finding deals when shopping online as I purchased baby products for the game.
TIP: Even when I found a deal on a baby item for the game (because that is how I shop), I had the guests guess the RETAIL price. Otherwise, it would have been confusing!
As you shop around for baby items for this game, know that you can use the Green Dot Bank Cash-Back Visa Debit Card when shopping online. You can shop everywhere Visa prepaid debit cards are accepted.
