I hope you find my planner comparison and review helpful as you look for the best planner that works for YOU.
I live by my planner. I keep my planner on the kitchen counter, and I would be lost without it. With my planner and my own personal system for using it, I am able to stay organized. (If you actually use a planner, I will guess it will help you stay organized too!)
I don’t know about you, but I enjoy picking out a planner. Every year I spend so much time looking over all the fun planners out there. There are so many great options and I’m almost bummed that I can only pick one each year!
When picking out my planner last year, I think I had it narrowed down to 6 or so at the end. It’s a little ridiculous.
Once I realized how much time I spend in my planner and how it saves me and keeps me from forgetting tasks and appointments, I finally decided to spend more to get the planner that I felt would fit my life best. I still have yet to find the *perfect* one for me…but there are so many great options to choose from.
I want to share a bit about a few favorite planners for 2023. (And a few undated planners you can start at any time! No need to wait for January 1.)
The planner comparison and review:
Quick tip: Once you find the planner you think will best fit your life, make sure you pick it up! Sometimes certain planners sell out quickly. (I have picked a planner, only to have it sell out right before I could make the purchase.)
Passionate Penny Pincher Home Planner
This planner is very unique! It lists a few tasks each day on the weekly calendar section. It would be very helpful to do these little tasks each day. It takes out the thinking and just gives you an idea of a few tasks to do around the house. It would take more of an active role in helping you organize your home. It’s also a bit cheaper than many other planners, but it’s still very high quality.

Here are a few more planners to consider:
Passion Planner – I love the layout of this one. I have used it many years, I just cannot anymore as they don’t have a spiral bound for 2024. I will still be ordering one for my husband to use for 2024 though. Grab $5 off your first Passion Planner purchase of $15 or more.
START Planner – I used the Hustle Weekly in 2018, but then they changed the binding and it will be too big when open on my kitchen counter. The spiral came back and I used this planner in 2020. I used this planner again in 2023 and also have one for 2024.
Panda Planner Weekly or Panda Planner Classic – Panda Planner can also be ordered on Amazon
Commit 30 Weekly Planner – I again wish this planner was spiral! If it was, I would for sure try it out. I like the weekly layout. There are also other products in their shop such as a Fitness Planner and more
mom Agenda – this one is perfect if you are also managing your children’s schedules.
Daily Greatness Planner – this is different than many of the planners above. It’s a unique way to stay on task and the design and color inside this planner is beautiful! They have parent versions, wellness versions, business versions and more! Get 10% off with this link!
I would love to try out the Passion Planner, Panda Planner Weekly, or Commit 30 Weekly Planner, but I prefer spiral so it can fold back while on my counter.
Do you have your 2024 planner? Or do you start your planner with the academic year?

As a total planner nerd, I love this! Can I just buy them all?

Thanks for sharing your opinion! It is always hard to choose. I sometimes use two. One for work and one for home life.

I’ve used Happy Planner and a travelers notebook with a bullet journal in it this year. Last year I went with printables in a ring planner – just always changing it up to coincide with life :)

Right now I’m using Artful Agenda. It is a digital and not paper, but has the look and feel of a paper planner. (even has stickers) It costs about the same as a regular paper planner. I just started it in June and so far am liking it. . I am always either on my phone/ computer/ tablet so I always have it with me. This will be the first yr I’m not actually buying a paper planner, so I will see how it goes as being my main planner

I am loving the Happy Planner, thanks to your great planner reviews! I don’t use it so much for hourly planning but for general ideas and task lists, and I got a Happy Planner journal and stickers that let me be creative and help manage anxiety.

I’ve been loving the Happy Planner for general task planning and fun being artsy. :) They have lovely journal filler pages as well.

I like a spiral planner that has monthly and weekly calendars.

Planners are great…I’ve used them for years. I prefer the old school hard copy over the new tech ways.
Psalm says
I love planners. I have used many different kinds, but I’m still looking for the “perfect” planner. I have to remind myself that it’s not the planner that makes me organized, but how I use it. It’s just a tool, it has no power of its own.

I have the passionate penny pincher planner and love love love it! I love the budget, and allllll the checklists! Vacation and guest coming checklists. There’s so many fun features that I never thought I’d use. I felt absolutely ridiculous spending so much on this planner last year because I never keep using a planner throughout the year until now! I’m not a particularly religious person so I do ignore the daily devotion prompts but other than that I use most of the features. It even sines with Stivers to cover up the bulletin points you don’t use. :) highly recommend.
